A quick note to check your instructional design plan...

Does your design plan address the following?

Why – Why are you doing this initiative? Is it personally meaningful? Does it have value to the adult learner?

What – Does it describe specifically what they are supposed to learn?

Structure – Is the content is clearly organized and presented in logical and comprehensible fashion?

Response – Are there opportunities to interact in meaningful ways? Will learners be mentally engaged and be able to actively respond? The more the learner does that is meaningful, the more the learner learns.

Feedback – Timely (not necessarily immediate), specific (but not overly detailed or confusing), corrective (to improve performance), and confirming (strengthens what has been learned).

Reward – Boost retention and application. The more the learner values what they are learning, the more the reward is intrinsic (valued for itself). Less valued learning needs extrinsic rewards.
